These photos taken in the Altay, the Tabargatay, in Dzungaria and in the Tian Shan showcase our extensive experience in Kazakhstan where we were the first company to organize hunting expedition starting during the Soviet times.
22 years later we are still here and the quality of trophies taken has not diminished in the territories that we select. We do not overhunt our areas but focus on small groups of hunters who are looking for good trophies.

ALTAY MARAL
TIAN SHAN MARAL
Our hunts are conducted from mid-september to mid-october.
All Seladang expeditions are organized in open territories (no high fence !).
Horse-riding during indian summer through remote valleys is a must for any sportman.
Necessary to book now for 2013 hunting season (limited number of Marals licences).
Mid Asian Ibex are hunted from august to december. Ibex hunters can choose between two different areas to suit their physical ability and constraints.
The easier hunt location is based three hours from Almaty. There is a high density of Ibex and the altitude is around 5000 feet (1500 meters). Trophy average is around 40" (100 cm) in horn lenght. Altough it is five day hunt most hunters bag their trophy by day two of their hunt. Accommodation are comfortable and the hunts is conducted by vehicle and then a short stalk once animal are spotted.
Our other area is geared towards hunters who are willing to take on a more rugged and physical hunt. This area does not support a high denisty of ibex but it is the same vicinity where Kermit Roosevelt shot a world record of 59" in 1927. Over the years our customers have taken several trophies over 49" in this area, a few 53" and two over 55" ! The altitude in this area is around 9000 feet (2700 meters). This hunt is conducted from horseback out of light fly tents which the hunters carry with them to be mobile.
Best season is late september till middle november.

For 2012 we also have two marals permits in the Tian Shan with the possibility of adding Ibex and Tian Shan roe deer in a neghboring area.
Hunters wishing to travel to Kazakhstan must book their hunts well in advance as it takes a minimum of 45 days to arrange gun import permits.
